Slide into winter on Christmas Town’s synthetic ice rink! Join us for a magical fun experience, set against the backdrop of our twinkling Christmas Village. Perfect for first-timers, the rink is suitable for children and beginners alike. Our outdoor rink is the perfect place to create cherished memories with family and friends.

Those aged 7 and under must be accompanied on the rink by an adult, while those aged between 8-13 should have a responsible adult within eyesight. Those aged 14+ should book an adult ticket. Tickets for the Ice Rink are available for both peak (Friday-Sunday) and off-peak (Monday-Thursday) times. A limited number of Skate Aids will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once purchased, tickets are not interchangeable between peak and off-peak.

Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town is not-for-profit and run by Community Interest Companies. For this reason, resources are limited, so we cannot facilitate refunds or exchanges of purchased tickets.
