Tickets for the Ferris Wheel and Carousel are available for both peak (Friday-Sunday) and off-peak (Monday-Thursday) times. Booking in advance allows you to access the fast-track lane, while booking at the event does not. Advance booking is recommended to avoid longer wait times. Once purchased, tickets are not interchangeable between peak and off-peak. Bishop Auckland Town Council's generous support subsidises ticket prices, keeping them as low as possible for the people of Bishop Auckland and its visitors. Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town is not-for-profit and run by Community Interest Companies. For this reason, resources are limited, so we cannot facilitate refunds or exchanges of purchased tickets.
