This exciting event will feature live music by the incredible J D and the Woodsmen, a thrilling auction with fantastic items up for grabs and not to forget delicious food for purchase from the popular Papa Kel’s. A true highlight of the evening will be a poignant piece of artwork by Julie Scorer, symbolising the hidden struggles many face. The artwork, featuring an iceberg, powerfully illustrates the unseen emotional and mental health challenges beneath a resilient exterior. All proceeds will be shared equally among four vital charities: Darlington Mind – providing crucial mental health support. IF U Care Share – offering aid to families affected by suicide. The Daisy Chain Project – supporting autism and neurodiversity. The Baton of Hope – the UK’s largest suicide prevention initiative and the event’s primary focus. This event is part of the Baton of Hope initiative, aimed at raising awareness about suicide prevention and mental health.
